Responsibilities
Engineering of train radio system solutions in response to inquiries from internal and external customers
Site inspections of rail vehicles and preparation of technical documentation
Independent organization and execution of fault analyses (including on-site), customer training, and first- and second-level analyses
Coordination of problem resolution with development and other required partners
Analyzing and testing issues
Documenting problems and solutions
Translating the insights gained into requirements for current and future products
Requirements
Degree (university, university of applied sciences or bachelor’s) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Communications Engineering, or extensive experience in a similar environment
Technical understanding and the willingness and ability to master new technical complexities
Knowledge of project management and sales is an advantage
