Responsibilities

- Support the Senior Accountant with accounting, finance, and tax-related matters as required.

- Establish and maintain electronic records of corporate documents.
- Support the Executive Director and Senior Accountant with the preparation, review, and distribution of board of directors materials and resolutions as required.
Requirements
- Certified accountant.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on statutory filings and tax compliance.
- Knowledge of Singapore tax regulations and accounting standards.
- Hands-on experience with financial ERPs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Experience working with international contractors.
- Experience in the oil and gas industry or with rig-owning companies is a plus.
- Knowledge of corporate governance principles, company law and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in document management software and electronic filing systems.
