About the role
- Accountant role focusing on financial accounting tasks in a hybrid setup at UPYU. Collaborating with team members while managing accounting responsibilities autonomously.
Responsibilities
- Eigenständige Mitarbeit in der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung mit Schwerpunkt auf Debitoren- und Kreditorenvorgängen
- Prüfung, Zuordnung und Verbuchung von Eingangs- und Ausgangsrechnungen
- Erfassung von Bank- und Kassenbewegungen sowie Mitwirkung im Zahlungsverkehr gemäß interner Freigabeprozesse
- Durchführung von Kontenabstimmungen (Sachkonten, Debitoren, Kreditoren sowie ggf. Intercompany)
- Unterstützung bei vorbereitenden Tätigkeiten für Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse (z. B. Abstimmungen, Belegzusammenstellung)
- Pflege und Aktualisierung von Stammdaten im ERP-System
- Mitwirkung bei umsatzsteuerlichen Fragestellungen, insbesondere durch Belegprüfung und Zuarbeiten
- Klärung offener Posten sowie Abstimmung mit internen Fachbereichen
- Übernahme allgemeiner administrativer Aufgaben, inkl. Dokumentation, Ablage und Unterstützung bei Prozessen
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. Industriekaufmann/-frau, Steuerfachangestellte*r) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Praxiserfahrung in der Buchhaltung bzw. im Accounting; auch Erfahrung in einzelnen Teilbereichen wünschenswert
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel; Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen von Vorteil (z. B. Navision)
- Strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, Aufgaben sinnvoll zu priorisieren
- Teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit klarer, serviceorientierter Kommunikation
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
