About the role
- EDI-Consultant providing consulting and implementation of Electronic Data Interchange solutions. Collaborating closely with clients and optimizing existing EDI processes in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Consulting and supporting our clients in the area of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange)
- Analyzing, designing and implementing EDI solutions and integration processes
- Onboarding new business partners (mapping, testing, go-live support)
- Troubleshooting and providing operational support
- Preparing technical documentation and training materials
- Close collaboration with external partners and customers
- Further development and optimization of existing EDI processes
Requirements
- Degree in (business) computer science or a comparable qualification
- Experience in EDI and knowledge of common EDI standards (e.g., EDIFACT, XML, X12, VDA)
- Understanding of business processes
- Experience in the textile industry is a plus
- Experience with EDI tools and converters (e.g., eBiss) is an advantage
- Analytical mindset, structured way of working and strong customer orientation
- Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
