Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operational and administrative tasks of the sales team, ensuring shifts run seamlessly.
- Work closely with sales representatives, assigning locations, managing rotas, and ensuring all necessary materials are in place for a successful day of selling.
- Being the first point of contact for Brand Ambassadors.
- Researching and identifying new sales opportunities nationwide.
- Providing support in designing eye-catching flower stands.
- Assisting with logistics planning and setup/pack-down as required.
- Circulating weekly acquisition reports.
- Some weekend work will be required.
Requirements

- Holds a full UK Clean Driving License (minimum 2 years) and is comfortable driving a van
