Responsibilities
- Collaborating with product owners and stakeholders throughout the software lifecycle
- Designing, developing, and maintaining robust systems that support both our planning and trading operations

Requirements
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in backend software development (e.g., C#, Java, Python or similar)
- Strong problem-solving mindset, a proactive can-do attitude, and a continuous learning mindset
- Experience building and maintaining business-critical applications
- Understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure), CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps practices
- Fluent in English (our working language)
- Relevant university-level education in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related fields
- Additional Valued Skills: Experience with Machine Learning, Understanding of optimization theory and algorithms, front-end development with modern frameworks like React or Angular, experience managing cloud resources using Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, and Azure Bicep / ARM templates, familiarity with data streaming concepts, knowledge of security best practices, IAM/CIAM, and integration patterns
