About the role
- Cyber Security Manager managing development and implementation of security protocols for Operational Technology. Collaborating across teams to enhance cyber security practices and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Manage the development and implementation of robust security protocols for Operational Technology (OT)
- Provide expertise support for Hydro organization to ensure implementation of comprehensive security measures
- Work in tandem with other security functions within Fortum, contributing to Group security initiatives and networks
- Provide analyses and reports of Cyber Security performance and status
- Coordinate Cyber Security activities for Operational Technology in Hydro in collaboration with IT, Business Development, and Asset Operations
- Ensure compliance with legal and Fortum corporate security requirements
- Act as a key Hydro representative in Cyber Security-related Fortum forums
Requirements
- An academic degree and over 5 years of work experience in industrial IT/OT Security roles
- Thorough knowledge of IT/OT Cyber Security
- Knowledge of automation systems is seen as an advantage
- Proficiency in security legislation
- Professional language proficiency in English, Swedish and Finnish is seen as an advantage
