Responsibilities
Build and set up new development tools and infrastructure.
Responsible for building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure utilizing knowledge in Continuous Integration, Delivery, and Deployment (CI/CD), Cloud technologies, Container Orchestration, and Security.
Build and test end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that systems are safe against security threats.
Expected to be an SME, collaborator and manager of the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Conduct regular security assessments and implement necessary measures.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance project efficiency.
Implement, patch and maintain the CI/CD toolset in line with corporate policy and industry best practices.
Requirements
8 to 12 years of experience.
Setup, management and operation of end-to-end CI/CD across a Salesforce landscape including management of non-production environments.
Proficiency in automating tasks relevant to CI/CD and managing deployment pipelines.
Experience with CI/CD tools Jenkins to automate and streamline the software delivery process.
Proficiency with monitoring tools to maintain system health and performance.
Proficiency in developing and implementing CI/CD strategies to drive automation and efficiency across the DevOps lifecycle specifically using Jenkins.
Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform for managing scalable and efficient systems (beneficial).
Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for container management and orchestration (future state and beneficial).
Collaboration with development and operations teams, time management skills, problem-solving, adaptability, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
