Responsibilities
- Qualify suppliers and approve their manufacturing processes
- Train and support suppliers on TechnipFMC quality standards
- Monitor quality and logistics performance using KPIs
- Reduce non-conformities and improve first-pass compliance rates
- Conduct audits (systems, products, processes) and follow up on action plans
- Manage and resolve non-conformities
- Analyze quality data (SAP, NCR, etc.) to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to quality documentation
Requirements
- Master’s degree / Engineering degree
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in a quality-related role in a production environment
- Experience with direct external suppliers is preferred
- Technical knowledge (mechanics, welding, plastics, steels) and industrial processes
- Proficiency with IT tools (ERP, MRP)
- Advanced English, essential for an international environment
- Autonomy, organization, priority management, and meeting deadlines
