About the role

  • Senior Tax Analyst focusing on Transfer Pricing with compliance and planning responsibilities for a global tax team. Oversee documentation and intercompany transactions analysis in the energy sector.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare TP documentation in accordance with local regulations and OECD guidelines
  • Assist in preparing Country-by-Country reports and Master/Local files
  • Support TP planning initiatives, including value chain analysis and intercompany pricing strategies
  • Assist in responding to tax authority inquiries related to transfer pricing
  • Collaborate with advisors to resolve disputes
  • Work closely with finance, legal, and operations teams to ensure accurate implementation of TP policies
  • Identify opportunities to enhance documentation processes and leverage technology for efficiency

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • Advanced degree in Tax or Economics and/or professional certification (CPA, CVA, etc.) strongly preferred
  • 3–5 years of experience in transfer pricing within a Big Four firm or multinational corporation
  • Strong knowledge of OECD guidelines, BEPS Action Plans, and local transfer pricing regulations
  • Experience with tax audits focused on transfer pricing issues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Strong reconciliation, data manipulation, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance
