Service Technician for Florida Window and Door handling installations and repairs. Seeking skilled candidates to join our team and troubleshoot various service concerns.
Responsibilities
Build relationships and trust with customers and clients
Team up with colleagues and other team members
Preform initial Inspection, identify all issues suggest and implement solutions
Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
Perform all on-site activities related to installation, repair, management and maintenance
Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
Produce timely and detailed service reports on work performed on a company-issued tablet
Check and update field automation systems and databases
Adhere to the company procedures and protocols
View and asset Install and report on install quality
Operate vehicle in a safe manner and comply with Florida State and DOT laws.
Must be able to lift 30 to 40lbs on occasion
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Required: Service Technician or installation experience with windows and doors (construction backgrounds may be considered).
Decision making skills—must confidently assess situations and determine the best course of action.
Proficient with hand and power tools, with a strong ability to perform heavy lifting.
Tech-savvy—comfortable using virtual software for documentation and reporting.
Exceptional customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.
Dependable, adaptable, and calm under pressure.
Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus!
