About the role

  • Conduct market analyses and studies on strategy and the total rewards mix;
  • Update and refine salary tables and pay scales;
  • Lead the review and implementation of benefits, profit-sharing (PLR), and incentive policies;
  • Propose new incentive programs aligned with Flash's strategy;
  • Lead the design and execution of recognition and meritocracy cycles;
  • Consolidate and model the annual people budget, including headcount and associated costs;
  • Manage position utilization and payroll costs, proposing course corrections and variance analyses;
  • Evaluate organizational restructuring possibilities with leadership, respecting budget constraints.

Requirements

  • Advanced Excel skills (formulas, financial modeling, dashboards)
  • Experience in budget planning and management
  • Experience using compensation benchmarks and market surveys.
