- Conduct market analyses and studies on strategy and the total rewards mix;
- Update and refine salary tables and pay scales;
- Lead the review and implementation of benefits, profit-sharing (PLR), and incentive policies;
- Propose new incentive programs aligned with Flash's strategy;
- Lead the design and execution of recognition and meritocracy cycles;
- Consolidate and model the annual people budget, including headcount and associated costs;
- Manage position utilization and payroll costs, proposing course corrections and variance analyses;
- Evaluate organizational restructuring possibilities with leadership, respecting budget constraints.
Requirements
