About the role

  • B2B Sales Manager responsible for corporate client management in a rapid delivery service. Engage clients, identify sales opportunities, and shape future sales processes with a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

  • As part of our B2B team, you will be the point of contact for our corporate clients and act as the central contact person for both new customer acquisition and account management.
  • You ensure sales opportunities are capitalized on and identify additional potential and channels.
  • You are actively involved in day-to-day operations and independently manage your own client portfolio.
  • You actively help shape the sales processes of tomorrow.
  • You are responsible for researching, maintaining and preparing data and for developing concrete, data-driven decision-making foundations.
  • In close cooperation with our Key Account Managers, you help implement customer-specific solutions for our major clients.
  • You provide cross-functional support to other members of the sales team.

Requirements

  • A completed commercial apprenticeship and/or a degree in business administration or a comparable field of study.
  • A hands-on, practice-oriented working style and the willingness to continuously develop the role and its responsibilities come naturally to you.
  • You are a goal- and customer-oriented sales talent with enthusiasm and passion for your work and the motivation to go the extra mile.
  • You have very good knowledge of common MS Office programs.
  • Strong communication skills, a solution-oriented approach and a high degree of initiative are also among your strengths.
