- Create and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases derived from business, product, and technical requirements
- Identify, log, and prioritise defects using appropriate tracking tools
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution
- Actively promote a culture of quality by working alongside development, product, and DevOps teams
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and stay up to date with emerging QA tools, automation practices, and technologies
Requirements
- Experience working within a QA function, with a strong emphasis on test automation
- Hands-on experience testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications
- Proficiency in defect management, including identification, documentation, and prioritisation of issues
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Azure DevOps
- API testing experience using tools such as Postman
- Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, product teams, and DevOps within Agile environments
- Awareness of modern QA practices, continuous improvement, and emerging technologies, including AI-driven solutions
- Professional QA qualifications (e.g. ISTQB or equivalent) are desirable
