Product Analyst joining flaconi's Data department to drive product analytics for a premium beauty online shop across Europe.
Responsibilities
Partner effectively with Product Owners, translating business requirements into analytical tasks and aligning the scope of analytical projects.
Support feature development by defining appropriate hypotheses, designing A/B tests, and monitoring the customer journey to provide actionable insights that improve the user experience.
Collaborate with tracking specialists for web and app (Mapp, Firebase, Adjust) to ensure naming conventions are followed and to optimize the tracking landscape.
Perform ad-hoc data analyses and build performance dashboards to extract meaningful insights and clearly communicate results to stakeholders.
Maintain the KPI framework and data pipeline logic (SQL, Python) for the upper layers of the data warehouse, ensuring efficient data management and governance.
Use the modern data tech stack (Exasol, Airflow, Databricks) for data extraction and transformation to support analytics processes.
Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in product analytics, driving innovation and optimizing processes through data-driven recommendations.
Lead and contribute to multiple cross-functional strategic projects, balancing data product development and project management according to agile methodologies.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Product Analytics role in e-commerce or a similar field.
Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with relational databases; knowledge of data modelling is a plus. Nice to have: experience with an additional programming language, ideally Python.
At least 2 years of hands-on experience with BI reporting tools, preferably Tableau.
Familiarity with tracking best practices and tools such as GA4 and Mapp.
Familiarity with experimentation concepts and A/B testing.
Strong team player with the ability to independently assess and prioritise tasks.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
