Requirements
Ability to drive high performance in a new business sales team
Thorough understanding and application of MEDDIC
Experience of being a successful Enterprise AE, as well as managing Enterprise AEs
Strong understanding of how business value can be derived from technology
Ability to use coaching frameworks to get the best out of people
Understands how to implement and run a cadence that encompasses accurate forecasting, deal reviews, QBRs, 1:1s
Use of AI to improve coaching and improvement at scale
