About the role
- Sales leader guiding the UK Enterprise AE team at Fivetran to build data pipelines. Responsible for coaching, recruiting talent, and executing GTM strategy within EMEA.

Requirements
- Ability to drive high performance in a new business sales team
- Thorough understanding and application of MEDDIC
- Experience of being a successful Enterprise AE, as well as managing Enterprise AEs
- Strong understanding of how business value can be derived from technology
- Ability to use coaching frameworks to get the best out of people
- Understands how to implement and run a cadence that encompasses accurate forecasting, deal reviews, QBRs, 1:1s
- Use of AI to improve coaching and improvement at scale
