About the role

  • Lead brand marketing team at a dynamic, female-led product design company. Oversee execution across influencer and digital marketing channels while driving measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the brand marketing team, driving strong output, quality, and accountability
  • Run structured 1:1s, goal setting, and performance conversations with clarity and confidence
  • Establish clear ownership across initiatives and address underperformance directly and quickly
  • Build a low-ego, high-accountability culture aligned to company priorities
  • Oversee influencer marketing, paid ad creative (digital and print), and organic channels
  • Own marketing execution across both D2C and B2B initiatives
  • Translate brand direction into clear briefs, timelines, and launch plans
  • Manage prioritization, sequencing, scope, and resourcing to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
  • Partner cross-functionally to execute cohesive campaigns and product launches
  • Work closely with the CEO and creative team to ensure consistent, on-brand execution
  • Set campaign KPIs, monitor performance, and recommend optimizations based on results
  • Build and refine team workflows that support deadlines and business goals
  • Manage the brand budget, vendors, and external agencies with accountability
  • Maintain campaign reporting dashboards and ensure strong data hygiene
  • Partner closely with the Performance Marketing lead (COO) and Brand lead (CEO) to execute the broader marketing strategy
  • Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes clearly and proactively

Requirements

  • Bring at least 6 years of progressive experience in marketing, with strong exposure to integrated, multi-channel environments
  • Have at least 3 years leading integrated marketing campaigns from planning through execution
  • Have at least 3 years of hands-on experience directly managing internal employees (not agencies or vendors)
  • Have successfully executed multi-channel go-to-market launches with clear timelines and deliverables
  • Are comfortable working with performance marketing data and using insights to inform decisions
  • Have managed creative production timelines and understand how to keep projects moving
  • Have collaborated cross-functionally with Sales and Product teams to drive alignment and results
  • Ideally have experience in a physical product or consumer brand environment
