Responsibilities
Analyze website performance data and user feedback to identify areas for improvement
Optimize website designs to enhance user experience and meet performance targets
Create wireframes, prototypes, and mock-up designs using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
Utilize visual editors to streamline design processes and increase efficiency
Work closely with other designers to ensure cohesive and efficient design workflows
Support the design team by contributing to a collaborative and innovative environment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and marketers, to implement design improvements
Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and refine designs
Work with Contentful CMS to manage and integrate content seamlessly within designs
Stay updated with UX/UI design trends and best practices to ensure cutting-edge design solutions
Assist in maintaining design consistency across all digital platforms
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
Experience with UX/UI design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
Familiarity with visual editors and their application in streamlining design workflows
Familiarity with Contentful and other CMS platforms
Good understanding of web technologies (HTML/CSS)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable design improvements
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work efficiently and support team goals in a fast-paced environment
