Responsibilities
- Analyze website performance data and user feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Optimize website designs to enhance user experience and meet performance targets
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mock-up designs using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Utilize visual editors to streamline design processes and increase efficiency
- Work closely with other designers to ensure cohesive and efficient design workflows
- Support the design team by contributing to a collaborative and innovative environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and marketers, to implement design improvements
- Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and refine designs
- Work with Contentful CMS to manage and integrate content seamlessly within designs
- Stay updated with UX/UI design trends and best practices to ensure cutting-edge design solutions
- Assist in maintaining design consistency across all digital platforms
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- Experience with UX/UI design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Familiarity with visual editors and their application in streamlining design workflows
- Familiarity with Contentful and other CMS platforms
- Good understanding of web technologies (HTML/CSS)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable design improvements
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently and support team goals in a fast-paced environment
