About the role
- Analyst in sustainability-focused financial analysis within Fitch Group, assessing ESG impacts of investment decisions. Collaborating with a dynamic team to drive positive change in sustainable finance.
Responsibilities
- Join a growing and strategically important business division of Fitch Group that has a dynamic team of seasoned and passionate regional and global sustainability specialists
- Produce sustainability assessments on entities and debt instruments, contribute to our success
- Ongoing training with access to a wide range of learning and training programs and certificates where your sustainability, financial, IT and soft skills will be further developed
- We have designed and curated a five-year career plan
Requirements
- Degree in a discipline with a technical background related to any environmental science, social risk or governance-themed disciplines, or economics/ business/ finance
- Minimum two to three years’ experience in sustainability and knowledge/ application of current sustainability market themes and regulation, as well as international taxonomies for sustainable activities
- Basic financial literacy
- Capable of working with data
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills and good attention to detail
- Comfortable working with and drawing conclusions from data
- Attention to detail
- Strong team player with excellent inter-personal skills
- Self-starter that shows initiative and know how to manage and prioritize his/her time
- Language skills. In addition to English, fluency in other languages is beneficial.
