- C Programming Developer working on payment applications at FIS. Engaging in design, development, and maintenance of software solutions within a vibrant team environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, code, test, implement, maintain and support applications software that is delivered on time and within budget.
- Work closely with customers, business analysts and team members to understand business requirements that drive analysis and design of quality technical solutions ensuring alignment with business and IT strategies and complying with FIS architectural standards.
- Provides application software development services or technical support typically in a defined project.
- Develops program logic for new applications or analyzes and modifies logic in existing applications.
- Codes, tests, debugs, documents, implements and maintains software applications.
Requirements
- Overall experience of 5-10 years
- 5+ years of Development in payment application, especially in Switching and Issuer processor.
- Hands on coding experience in C programming and databases like Informix/Oracle.
- Tuxedo knowledge is add-on.
- Tools: Perforce, Perl scripting, PL/SQL.
- Strong analytical skills and independent learner.
- Flexible to work with UK timing(when needed)
- Organizational and time management skills required (ability to juggle multiple priorities at a time)
