About the role
- Field technician responsible for installing and reading heating and water meters. Working in a hybrid role with the opportunity to start from home.
Responsibilities
- Installation, replacement and reading of heat meters, hot and cold water meters, and heating cost allocators
- Installation, replacement and maintenance of smoke detectors nationwide (by arrangement) — you will conveniently start your route from home with a company vehicle
- Lockable storage space at home is advantageous but not required
- Configuration of wireless installations on properties using the provided IT equipment
Requirements
- Completed technical vocational training, ideally as a plant mechanic for sanitary, heating and air-conditioning technology (m/f/d)
- Initial practical experience in the billing and meter services industry is an advantage but not a prerequisite — career starters (m/f/d) are welcome
- Manual dexterity and technical understanding
- Business-fluent German language skills, spoken and written
- Strong service and customer orientation, as well as a structured and independent working style
- Organizational skills, reliability and commitment
