- Collaborative mindset with experience working across business units in large organizations.
- Customer-focused approach, promoting continuous improvement and efficiency.
- Familiarity with vendor management, product upgrades, and licensing (preferred but not required).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Business Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
