About the role
- Lead Full-Stack Engineer responsible for developing and coordinating innovative digital solutions for FEIYR. Collaborate with product team on scalable application features in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and provide technical support to our development team
- Act as a technical sparring partner for the product team
- Structure, plan and track a mid-term development roadmap
- Make technology decisions regarding programming languages, frameworks, libraries, third-party products and infrastructure
- Assist with technical discussions and alignments with customers and partners
Requirements
- Extensive experience with and passion for the tech stack (Backend: PostgreSQL, Laravel, MySQL; Frontend: React, Nuxt, Vue, Tailwind)
- Experience leading development teams
- Hands-on mentality
- Willingness and motivation to contribute to web app design and feature conception
- Confident and friendly communication in German and English
- Ideally: industry experience in music, digital media and SaaS
