Responsibilities
- Map and prospect new leads daily
- Maintain professional relationships with clients
- Plan and produce content tailored to each stage of the conversion journey: Attraction, Relationship/Engagement, and Conversion
- Stay up to date with current global and digital market trends to develop corporate projects and ideas
- Develop customized projects for clients, presenting innovative approaches and ideas aligned with the company's objectives and profile
- Manage spreadsheets and budgetary data
- Coordinate media and project vendors
- Visit clients
- Prepare and edit images for commercial presentations
- Assist and participate in strategic meetings to understand client briefings for project development
- Collaborate on strategic planning with the Commercial team
- Monitor project execution to ensure deadlines are met
- Prepare weekly reports summarizing the key points of each commercial project
- Conduct technical visits when necessary
- Participate in contract signing processes between clients and our Legal team
Requirements
- Experience in Commercial roles, from active prospecting through to contract closing
- Technologist diploma or university degree (all majors accepted)
- Proficiency with basic presentation tools required for project delivery (Canva, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Creativity and a good aesthetic sense for proposing ideas and creating presentations
- Strong communication, assertiveness, creativity, flexibility, and negotiation skills
- Growth mindset and ability to respond well to feedback and constructive criticism
