About the role

  • Data Analyst at FCCN developing educational services through analytics and dashboards. Collaborating on data-driven decision-making for the educational ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, organize, and validate data from multiple systems, ensuring quality, consistency, and integrity;
  • Analyze internal technological and operational performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement;
  • Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations that facilitate data interpretation for the Strategy and Innovation team;
  • Support the Technology Analytics Specialist in defining metrics, KPIs, and analytical methodologies;
  • Collaborate with development, operations, and infrastructure teams to ensure availability and integration of required data;
  • Participate in defining standards and best practices for data analysis, promoting governance and information security;
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to guide strategic decisions and continuous improvements in digital processes and systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems and Technologies, or a related field;
  • Relevant and proven professional technical training is also accepted;
  • Specific training in Data & Analytics or similar fields is preferred;
  • Proficiency in programming and data analysis languages such as Python, SQL, and R (preferably with libraries like Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch);
  • Experience in machine learning, including supervised and unsupervised models, NLP, neural networks, and reinforcement learning;
  • Knowledge of Data Engineering & Big Data, with experience in Spark, Databricks, Hadoop, Kafka, and data pipelines;
  • Skills in cloud platforms and MLOps (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) for model deployment and monitoring;
  • Experience in data visualization and communication using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Looker.
