About the role

  • Activities to be performed:
  • Understand user needs, business rules and technical constraints
  • Set delivery deadlines and ensure they are met
  • Create medium- and high-fidelity prototypes
  • Align design solutions with UX leadership and other areas
  • Identify opportunities to standardize UI, UX and processes within the team and contribute to the evolution of the design system
  • Deliver solutions for our internal and external users, seeking the best experience within the investment context (e.g., stock purchases, investment funds, fixed income, returns, interactions with advisors, etc.)
  • Expected knowledge and skills:
  • Proven experience designing digital products
  • Proficiency with Figma for design and prototyping
  • Drive continuous product improvement based on quantitative and qualitative data
  • Promote a user-centered vision within the design team and across other areas of the bank
  • Anticipate user problems and needs
