- Product Designer focusing on user experience in a mature UX team within a global financial firm. Collaborating with designers, developers, and researchers to enhance product design.
Responsibilities
- Activities to be performed:
- Understand user needs, business rules and technical constraints
- Set delivery deadlines and ensure they are met
- Create medium- and high-fidelity prototypes
- Align design solutions with UX leadership and other areas
- Identify opportunities to standardize UI, UX and processes within the team and contribute to the evolution of the design system
- Deliver solutions for our internal and external users, seeking the best experience within the investment context (e.g., stock purchases, investment funds, fixed income, returns, interactions with advisors, etc.)
- Expected knowledge and skills:
- Proven experience designing digital products
- Proficiency with Figma for design and prototyping
- Drive continuous product improvement based on quantitative and qualitative data
- Promote a user-centered vision within the design team and across other areas of the bank
- Anticipate user problems and needs
