About the role

  • PMO professional ensuring governance and monitoring of a banking portfolio of projects. Focus on quality control, risk management and performance metrics in a hybrid workspace.

Responsibilities

  • Act as quality control, ensuring the health of projects.
  • Collect data from approximately 30 projects and consolidate biweekly executive reports for executive management.
  • Monitor performance metrics, schedule adherence and cost variance.
  • Verify that projects follow defined processes and that risks are being managed appropriately.
  • Identify cross-cutting risks and align preventive solutions with management.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in PMO or Project Governance.
  • Previous experience in the Banking/Financial sector.
  • Ability to prepare executive reports and dashboards.
  • Proficiency with performance indicators (KPIs) and budgetary control.
  • Experience in risk management and mitigation.
  • Knowledge of project methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
  • Project management certifications (PMP, PMO-CP or similar).
  • Logical reasoning and analytical ability;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Team spirit and conflict-resolution ability;
  • Ability to communicate with diverse stakeholder profiles;
  • Ability to work in agile, multidisciplinary teams;
  • Creativity and proactivity;
  • Highly organized.
