About the role
- E-commerce Analyst implementing and optimizing commercial strategies to boost sales and conversion at Fast Shop. Collaborating with various teams to enhance e-commerce performance.
Responsibilities
- Implement and optimize commercial strategies for the e-commerce channel to increase sales, conversion, and site traffic for 3P commercial lines.
- Responsible for implementing and optimizing e-commerce strategies, with the autonomy to make decisions and propose improvements.
- Impact across all e-commerce areas as well as Business and Pricing teams.
- Manage and update the product catalog for the Commercial Lines — including descriptions, images, prices, and technical specifications.
- Configure and monitor promotions and offers on the site — set parameters in the platform or coordinate with responsible teams for promotional mechanics such as Free Shipping, Installment Plans, Coupons, and other sales levers.
- Plan and align commercial activations on the channel with the Business team — using the channel Promo Map to identify opportunities to activate campaigns and promotions for the product lines.
- Analyze the performance of assigned product lines in e-commerce — identify improvement opportunities and propose solutions based on KPIs such as Traffic, Conversion, Competitiveness Index, Shipping, and Installment Plans.
- Identify optimization opportunities for product search and recommendation tools — analyze tool performance and flag technical teams with improvement opportunities aimed at increasing ICV (conversion).
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and technological developments — track competition and identify opportunities for differentiation.
Requirements
- Education: Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Advertising, or related fields.
- Proven experience in e-commerce, with an analytical and data-driven profile.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, Excel, and data analysis.
- Strong knowledge of E-commerce Management.
- Knowledge of Online Media, Marketing, and Marketplaces.
