About the role
- Fast Shop Digital seeks a TI Specialist to manage projects with an emphasis on innovation and technology. Responsibilities include coordination and communication between stakeholders and technical teams for effective delivery.
Responsibilities
- Be the strategic driver for Fast Shop Digital, enabling the best functional solutions in Innovation and Technology, ensuring IT solutions are implemented within the estimated time and cost and meeting the business area's requests (HR and Pricing).
- Lead projects from conception to delivery, using agile or traditional methodologies according to context. Monitor scope, schedule, cost, and quality, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Act as the Product Owner (PO), defining and prioritizing the backlog based on business needs. Facilitate communication between stakeholders and the technical team, and validate deliveries against acceptance criteria.
- Participate in strategic meetings, understand the processes and needs of requesting areas, acting as the bridge between technology and organizational objectives.
- Collaborate in defining viable technological solutions aligned with the corporate architecture and validated with technical and business stakeholders.
- Elicit and document functional and non-functional requirements, translate them into clear user stories, and continuously refine the backlog.
- Produce detailed functional specifications, develop user acceptance test (UAT) plans with key users, and validate acceptance criteria.
- Analyze and resolve operational issues, especially critical incidents, and propose continuous improvements.
- Model business processes, identify automation opportunities, and ensure alignment between processes and solutions.
- Manage contracts with technology vendors, monitor SLAs, negotiate scope and adjustments, ensuring contractual compliance and alignment with procurement guidelines.
