Responsibilities
- Identify and deliver impactful automation opportunities
- Manage a team of Intelligent Automation Engineers and 3rd party consultants
- Be an integral part of the Intelligent Automation Leadership Team

- Ensure all AI and RPA solutions meet quality standards
- Deliver compliant solutions integrating into existing enterprise systems

Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Five+ years' experience in software development
- High proficiency in Python programming
- Strong experience managing engineering delivery across multiple workstreams (RPA + AI, multiple stakeholders, competing priorities)
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum 1st or 2:1 in a STEM subject from a leading university
- Significant experience with LLMs and modern AI tooling with proven application of AI to real-world business problems
- Excellent knowledge with version control systems such as GitLab or GitHub
- Ability to resolve conflicts and work with CI/CD pipelines
