About the role

  • Manager of Intelligent Automation Engineering leading development of AI and RPA solutions at Paysafe. Driving automation and engineering delivery for impactful business transformations.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and deliver impactful automation opportunities
  • Manage a team of Intelligent Automation Engineers and 3rd party consultants
  • Be an integral part of the Intelligent Automation Leadership Team
  • Own engineering delivery with an emphasis on velocity
  • Ensure all AI and RPA solutions meet quality standards
  • Deliver compliant solutions integrating into existing enterprise systems
  • Collaborate across functions on requirements and technical solutions
  • Develop team and career growth of Intelligent Automation Engineers

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Five+ years' experience in software development
  • High proficiency in Python programming
  • Strong experience managing engineering delivery across multiple workstreams (RPA + AI, multiple stakeholders, competing priorities)
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum 1st or 2:1 in a STEM subject from a leading university
  • Significant experience with LLMs and modern AI tooling with proven application of AI to real-world business problems
  • Excellent knowledge with version control systems such as GitLab or GitHub
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and work with CI/CD pipelines
