Responsibilities
- Planung und Steuerung von weltweiten Service- Reparatur- und Instandsetzungseinsätzen für Rettungsboote und Davits für deutsche sowie ausländische Marine Projekte
- Reparaturplanung und Steuerung sowie technische Unterstützung der Servicemonteure
- Erstellung von technischen Unterlagen wie Service- und Reparaturberichte in deutscher und englischer Sprache
- Abstimmung und Kommunikation mit Kunden, Unterlieferanten und unserer technischen Abteilung
- Telefonische und schriftliche Kundenbetreuung
- Ausbau unseres Geschäftsbereiches Service / Reparatur / Instandsetzung von Beibooten / Davits / Zugangssystemen von Marineschiffen
- Administrative Tätigkeiten innerhalb des Aufgabenbereichs (Auftrags- und Rechnungsstellung)
Requirements
- Eine abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Meister (m/w/d), Techniker (m/w/d) im Schiff-, Boots- oder Anlagenbau oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erste Berufserfahrung als Servicemanager und/oder mit Marine Projekten wünschenswert, jedoch nicht zwingend erforderlich
- Versierte Kenntnisse von PPS-Systemen sowie gute MS Office Kenntnisse
- Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Hohe Kundenorientierung, Unternehmerisches und teamorientiertes Denken, Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie flexibel und lösungsorientiert
