- Handling quality deviations, root cause analyses and 8D reports
- Supporting quality assurance in production (AQP, production support)
- Collaborating with departments including development, manufacturing, procurement and project management
- Supplier management, evaluation and development of suppliers
- Further development of digital quality management (QM) processes and implementation of a digital QM system
- Integrating sustainability topics into quality processes
Requirements
- Degree in engineering
- Several years of professional experience in quality management / quality assurance, preferably in an industrial environment
- Solid knowledge of relevant standards and audit experience
- Proficient in MS Office, ERP systems and QM platforms
- Business-fluent German and English, written and spoken
- Confident demeanor and ability to work independently
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
