Responsibilities
Supervising and leading external and internal production teams
Supporting the design process, especially in boatbuilding
Performing electrical work and repairs on new builds and in boat construction
Functional testing of systems/devices and corresponding documentation according to standardized protocols
Working from electrical schematics and wiring control panels/cabinets
Performing connection work according to wiring diagrams, cable pulling and cable routing
Commissioning electrical systems and shipboard electrical installations
Requirements
Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician specializing in Industrial Engineering (m/f/d) or an equivalent qualification
Relevant professional experience in ship/boatbuilding desirable
Solid user skills with design software (e.g., AutoCAD, EPLAN)
Experience in leading teams
Willingness to travel and a valid Class B driving license
