About the role
- Join our mass torts and class action team as an associate attorney managing clients and cases. Conduct legal research, draft motions, and collaborate with attorneys throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Managing mass tort clients as well as working with a team of attorneys on class action cases.
- Conducting legal research, drafting motions and briefs, making court appearances, and taking depositions.

- Close attention to details and the ability to focus on technical tasks associated with litigation databases.
Requirements
- NC Bar Licensure, with at least two years of experience.
- Mass tort and class action experience is preferred.
