About the role

  • Bilingual Personal Injury Paralegal being the first point of contact for personal injury clients. Managing client updates, legal documents, and court preparations for a new department.

Responsibilities

  • You’re the client’s first point of contact.
  • You’ll answer client questions, actively provide updates, offer guidance through medical treatment, review records, liaise with experts, schedule mediations, prepare for and attend trials, and more.
  • Your job is to think critically and keep cases moving for a wide spectrum of clients.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal in personal injury or a similar field (additional experience working in pre-litigation is a plus.)
  • Bilingual, English/Spanish required.
  • Organized, decisive & able to handle a high volume of work.
