About the role

  • Marketing Lead creating and executing marketing content for agent and client channels with Farmers Financial Solutions. Collaborating on digital marketing initiatives and managing high impact projects.

Responsibilities

  • Create, develop and execute marketing content for agent and client facing collateral, develop and execute digital marketing content for financial products on farmers.com and agent websites.
  • Work with creative vendors and enterprise marketing to develop the image and voice of Farmers Financial Solutions.
  • Help to grow the relationship with Farmers Financial Solutions and its agents, increase customer life time value, and drive engagement.
  • Responsible for educating agents and employees about new sales or digital tools available to agents and consumers.
  • Manage high impact projects, including strategy, identification of tasks, dependencies, deadlines and costs, as well as on time execution.
  • Collaborate across the enterprise to drive business objectives and lead high performing cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, marketing, communications or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • FINRA Series 6 or 7, 63 or 65/66, and 26 required within 90 days of hire.
  • Three years marketing/project management experience in financial services.
  • Expertise in MS Office, Salesforce, Otimizely, Articulate, Nitro, and other systems as added.
