Responsibilities

- Creates detailed documentation and business plans that address stakeholder needs
- Liaises between IT, data science/R&D teams and Product Management for analytics models and data solutions
- Develops and implements expert level enterprise-wide data integration strategies
- Continuously works to improve data platforms, dashboards, and reports to meet emerging and changing business demands and guidelines
- Mentors, advises, coaches, and provides leadership to ensure solutions are properly implemented
- Manages data from multiple sources and uses project management skills to complete highly complex projects
Requirements
- 10+ years of related work experience required
- Experience in insurance industry preferred
- Experience in people leader or management role preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
