About the role
- Senior Consultant in Corporate Affairs focusing on strategic communication in transformation and crisis situations. Engaging in stakeholder management and developing communication strategies for clients.
Responsibilities
- Du analysierst komplexe Lagen – von M&A über Restrukturierung bis ESG-Kontroverse – und entwickelst Kommunikationsstrategien.
- Du konzipierst Formate (FAQ-Hub, Crisis Live Blog, Investor-Deck) und hast Spaß am Schreiben: Key Messages, Q&A, Speech, Town-Hall Präsentation.
- Du baust belastbare Beziehungen zu Medien, Politik und Multiplikatorinnen auf, überwachst Issues in Echtzeit und steuerst schnelle, koordinierte Reaktionen.
- Idealerweise sind Social-Listening-Dashboards, Medienanalysen und politische Signalquellen Basis deiner Strategie, du testest Botschaften in kurzen Feedback-Loops.
- Du führst Projektteams, unterstützt jüngere Kolleg*innen bei ihrem Wachstum und entwickelst bestehende Mandate weiter.
Requirements
- Mindestens sechs Jahre Erfahrung in Corporate- / Crisis- / Public-Affairs-Kommunikation oder Strategieberatung, idealerweise in internationalen Projekten.
- Inkludiert die Beratungserfahrung auf C-Level und eigenständige Kundenbetreuung inkl. Budgetkontrolle.
- Nachweisbare, erste Erfahrung mit „Sondersituationen“ (IPO, Post-Merger-Integration, Transformation oder Governance-Krise);
- Starkes betriebswirtschaftliches und politisches Verständnis.
- Exzellente konzeptionelle und schriftliche Fähigkeiten in Deutsch sowie sehr gutes Englisch.
