About the role

  • Project Manager overseeing electrical and specialty systems construction projects at Faith Technologies. Responsible for project management, staff oversight, and customer relations across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

  • Generate business and manage electrical and specialty systems construction projects
  • Oversee staff and ensure project completion safely and profitably
  • Network and maintain customer relationships
  • Attend daily, weekly, and monthly meetings
  • Conduct employee performance reviews and coach on growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with Human Resources on recruiting and employee relations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Construction, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
  • 5 years experience in the electrical field
  • 1 year of electrical estimating experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of Accubid and AutoCAD preferred
