Senior Product Manager overseeing the full lifecycle of FactSet’s performance product suite. Collaborating across teams to ensure cohesive, competitive, and future-ready performance platform.
Responsibilities
Oversee the full lifecycle of FactSet’s performance product suite, from discovery and strategy to execution and launch.
Work across Product, Sales, Managed Services, Professional Services, and Support teams to prioritize enhancements and ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
Develop deep expertise in institutional performance workflows, including performance calculation, attribution, reporting, and GIPS compliance.
Contribute to the product vision and roadmap for FPS, inclusive of GIPS capabilities, in alignment with FactSet’s broader Performance and Analytics strategies.
Act as a product evangelist, clearly communicating strategy, trade-offs, and priorities across stakeholders.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver on product vision, goals, and roadmap commitments.
Monitor post-launch product health, including support escalations, usability issues, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in STEM, finance, economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
7–10 years of relevant experience, ideally in product management, performance solutions, or a related field.
A product-first mindset, with a strong focus on understanding client problems, defining clear goals, and experimenting to find the best solutions.
Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, with the ability to influence stakeholders across engineering, design, and sales without direct authority.
Strong decision-making skills, including the ability to balance competing priorities and confidently say no to misaligned demands.
