Responsibilities
Oversee and drive quality assurance strategy, governance, and execution across a large-scale, complex transformation program.
Define and implement a comprehensive QA strategy and quality management framework tailored to the transformation program's scope and complexity.
Lead the planning, design, and execution of all testing phases, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression Testing, Performance & Load Testing, Security Testing, Data Migration/Validation Testing, End-to-End (E2E) Testing.
Establish and manage the defect lifecycle, including classification, prioritization, tracking, and resolution workflows.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA analysts, test engineers, and automation specialists.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure comprehensive test coverage and facilitate test readiness reviews, defect triage sessions, and go/no-go assessments.
Requirements
20+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 8 years in a role on large-scale transformation programs.
Experience in complex, multi-workstream programs involving Oracle ERP, Oracle Fusion, Salesforce CRM, cloud migration, digital transformation, or enterprise platform implementations.
Deep expertise across all testing types (functional, non-functional, integration, regression, UAT, performance, security, data migration)
Proficiency with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Selenium, Playwright, etc.)
Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
Certifications such as ISTQB Advanced/Expert Level, Certified Agile Tester (CAT), PMP, or PRINCE2 are preferred.
