Responsibilities
- Assume direct responsibility for the design, development, and sustainment of commercial management planes within NGINX product line
- Perform as a technical lead and collaborate with peers on assigned project teams
- Diagnose and resolve complex software challenges involving network, security, and web technologies
- Operate within cloud orchestration ecosystems like Kubernetes, AWS/Azure public clouds
- Provide thorough technical insight and be a subject matter expert
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree; and/or equivalent work experience
- 10 + years of experience in relevant roles
- Expertise in coding with Golang and Python
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Solid knowledge of computer networking principles
- Experience with network service technologies such as HTTP, gRPC, TLS, REST APIs, and OpenTelemetry
- Strong skills in communication and collaboration
- A demonstrated passion for learning new technologies
