Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and prepare data from ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems for analysis
- Use process mining tools (Celonis, UiPath Process Mining, Power Automate Process Mining) to visualize and analyze end-to-end processes
- Identify bottlenecks, compliance deviations, and improvement opportunities
- Develop dashboards and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Work closely with business units to understand process challenges and requirements
- Support consultants and project managers in delivering process optimization initiatives
- Monitor KPIs and track the impact of implemented changes
- Stay updated on process intelligence trends and emerging technologies
Requirements
- Experience with process mining platforms (Celonis, UiPath, Signavio)
- Strong data analysis skills; proficiency in SQL and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
- Understanding of business process management (BPM) principles
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and automation concepts
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying improvement opportunities
- Certifications in process mining or data analytics (appreciated)
- Experience in FMCG, Retail, Finance, or Supply Chain domains (appreciated)
- Knowledge of RPA and digital transformation initiatives (appreciated)
