About the role
- Senior Consultant Cloud DevOps Engineer designing and implementing Azure solutions. Collaborating with development teams on CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native applications at EY.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for cloud-native applications on Azure
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using tools such as Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep
- Automate deployment, monitoring, and scaling processes for Azure environments
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps practices into application lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with security best practices and governance policies
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and automation
- Stay up-to-date with Azure services and emerging DevOps technologies
Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in IT, including at least 2 years in DevOps roles focused on Azure
- Ability to work in complex environments and deliver projects on time
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services (VMs, AKS, App Services, Functions, Storage, Networking)
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM templates, Bicep)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics)
- Understanding of cloud security principles and compliance frameworks
- Programming/scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert or Azure Solutions Architect Expert are highly desirable
