Responsibilities
- Partnering with Business Technology Leaders, Solution Delivery Leaders and Architects in the definition and delivery of strategies
- Plan and manage the BA approach
- Lead a team of BAs assigned to program/portfolio project(s)
- Perform hands-on BA work as needed
- Review requirements traceability for impact and coverage analysis
- Work with the Business Analysis Community of Practice to ensure consistent application of standards and methodologies
- Lead QA Engineers and review their test plans to drive quality of solutions
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree (computer science, engineering, accounting, finance preferred) or equivalent work experience
- Master's degree preferred
- 8-12 years of relevant experience
- Management experience a plus
- 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and overseeing data ingestion, data processing, and analytical pipelines across big data platforms, relational databases, NoSQL stores, and modern cloud data platforms, including Snowflake, Databricks, and Azure Data Factory
- Experience with data governance practices and tooling
- Demonstrated ability to operate in a client-serving role
- Ability to clearly articulate both problems and proposed solutions
- Proactive approach to identifying issues and presenting solutions
- Ability to prioritize personal and team workloads to best meet organizational objectives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working effectively with teams, external vendors and internal clients
- Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change based on client needs
