About the role

• Software Developer creating tailored software solutions for clients in a hybrid work environment. Collaborating on frontend to database implementations using modern technologies.

Responsibilities

• Together with your team, you develop bespoke software solutions for our well-known clients and translate their business requirements into working code.
• You work across the stack — from frontend to database — and bring your solutions to life using modern container technologies.
• You use modern technology stacks to implement microservices, distributed systems, or traditional architectures — depending on the use case.
• Through code reviews and testing, you and your team ensure high code quality and continuous improvement.
• Your onboarding begins with the eXXcellent School, where you learn our best practices for methods and processes from experienced mentors.

Requirements

• A completed degree in computer science or a comparable IT-related field.
• Solid knowledge of an object-oriented programming language, ideally Java.
• Experience with frontend technologies such as Angular or React.
• An agile mindset and enjoyment of collaborative teamwork.
• Very good German language skills, written and spoken (at least B2), to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Respectful communication skills, a meticulous work style, and strong team spirit.
