Lead architecture and implementation of Dynamics 365 / Power Platform solutions.
Oversee integrations, ALM, security, CI/CD, and mentor delivery teams.
Responsibilities
Architect CRM/Power Platform solutions to meet business requirements while adhering to Government of Canada (GoC) standards.
Design and oversee integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems (Azure services, M365, SSC-managed infrastructure, third-party APIs).
Define and implement environment strategies, including ALM, governance frameworks, security/authentication, and monitoring.
Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Power Platform CLI.
Lead technical workshops and provide mentorship to developers and business analysts.
Develop technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, deployment playbooks, and governance models.
Conduct performance and scalability reviews and provide tuning recommendations.
Support data migration activities, including strategy and execution oversight.
Provide knowledge transfer to NRC staff through training, presentations, and documentation.
Requirements
Minimum 8 years of professional IT experience.
At least 5 years as a Technical Architect on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Online / Power Platform projects.
Demonstrated experience designing and implementing solutions that include Power Pages with client branding (WET / Canada.ca theme).
Integration of Dynamics 365 with five (5) or more enterprise systems, APIs, or Microsoft cloud services (Azure, M365, SSC-managed services).
Authentication and security model design in a federal or highly regulated environment.
Data migration experience using tools such as KingswaySoft, Azure Data Factory, or equivalent.
Experience working in Agile/SCRUM delivery teams with Azure DevOps for CI/CD, release pipelines, and automated deployments.
Previous hands-on experience architecting or delivering at least one client Power Platform / Dynamics 365 solution is required.
Certifications (must hold at least one of the following): Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert; Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert; Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate; Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals; Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert.
