Responsibilities
- Vertalen van de bestaande AFAS-inrichting AGV naar dagelijkse PSA-processen
- In kaart brengen en beschrijven van PSA-processen, waaronder: instroom mutaties contractwijzigingen verzuimverwerking overige salarisadministratieve processen
- Opstellen van werkinstructies en een Way of Working voor de uitvoering van PSA-processen in AFAS
- Documenteren van systeeminrichting, workflows en autorisaties
- Ondersteunen bij refinement-, test- en validatiewerkzaamheden binnen PSA-processen
- Ondersteunen bij de overdracht van kennis en werkwijze naar de uitvoerende SA-organisatie
Requirements
- Afgeronde hbo-opleiding
- Aantoonbare meerjarige ervaring met AFAS HR/ Payroll
- Aantoonbare meerjarige ervaring met salarisadministratieve en PSA-processen
- Aantoonbare meerjarige ervaring met het documenteren van processen, werkinstructies en werkwijzen
- Aantoonbare meerjarige ervaring met implementatie, operationalisatie of kennisoverdracht binnen HR-, PSA- of payrollomgevingen
- Analytisch sterk, communicatief vaardig, gestructureerd en procesmatig werkend, in staat kennis over te dragen, zelfstandig opererend in een complexe organisatiecontext
