About the role

• Automotive Engineer developing solutions for autonomous vehicles and electric mobility at Expleo. Collaborating with global automotive giants to optimize performance and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Contributes during specification and design phases to technical solution decisions for Equipments & Facility.
• Decide Equipment Upgradation/Installation for New Project Scope.
• CAPEX budget Preparation & Control for all Engine Assembly shop Projects (Facility Perimeter).
• Work actively on rationalization or standards engineering workshop - Layout Preparation of general Assembly Industrialization.
• Equipment Technical Specification creation, RFQ creation, Technical Alignment, Installation, Snag Closure & Buy off.
• Support local team to define requirements and rules for associated tooling necessary to start production.
• Support local team to qualify the Equipments performance in line with requirement.
• Write Equipment FMEA, Control plan, Maintenance Plan to sustain the Performance of Equipment.
• Audit and validate industrial process, documentation, process and means validation, training.
• Hands on Experience Tooling, Jigs, Fixture, Pallets Design, Dispensing systems, Vision systems, Power tools & Auto Outrunner stations, Handling aids & Error proofing systems (Engine test bed experience - Added advantage).
• Handover to Serial life Production.
• Suggest Technical solution for Optimizing the Performance of Tools & Equipments.
• Basic PLC Programming Knowledge.
• Making, Receive Technical reference for Sensitive Process from Design Department.
• Guarantee the best interfaces management with the other industrial département Execution / Serial manufacturing.
• Guarantees internal control and good application of Equipment guidelines & rules in line with customers’ requirements.
• Performs internal and external audits.
• In case of non-conformity or incident, investigate root causes, finds and implement repair solutions.
• Participate to meetings and working groups.
• Propose improvement ideas and evolution of the business rules of their domain.
