About the role

Test Manager leading the testing lifecycle across multiple projects for Expleo, ensuring quality standards and managing resources and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for testing across a portfolio of projects.
Work collaboratively with Project Managers to understand delivery timelines and define test requirements.
Review and incorporate Lessons Learned into future test approaches.
Define testing checkpoints, quality gates, and facilitate associated governance meetings.
Provide refined test estimates in support of overall project planning.
Produce detailed test schedules and execution plans.
Create Release Test documentation, ensuring all deliverables are fully approved by stakeholders.
Define test environment and data requirements, securing necessary resources, data refreshes, and access.
Manage acceptance of change into test environments, ensuring robust version control.
Lead and coordinate all stages of the testing lifecycle, including planning, control, preparation, execution, and closure.
Work with internal project teams and external suppliers to manage interdependencies across releases.
Oversee the execution of test activities, ensuring compliance to defined processes and quality standards.
Manage test resources (internal teams and supplier-provided testers) throughout the test phases.
Work alongside the Project Manager to onboard test resources and ensure readiness to deliver.
Provide accurate reporting on test progress, risks, and issues.
Deliver defect and progress metrics in line with project expectations.
Track and escalate test-related blockers or quality concerns as required.

Strong understanding of test planning, estimation, scheduling, and reporting.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple test streams and interdependencies.
Strong documentation skills with experience producing release-level test artefacts.
Proven experience managing full testing lifecycle activities across large or complex projects.
Experience managing supplier test teams and internal resources.
